Refunds and cancellations

PlacementSzn is a one-time purchase of ₹399. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

All sales are final

Because your tests and report begin as soon as you pay, the purchase is non-refundable. You confirm this before paying.

When we do refund

• Duplicate payment. If you were charged more than once for the same account, we refund the extra payment in full.
• The product doesn’t work. If you paid but did not get access, or the service is unavailable to you for a sustained period and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

How to ask

Email placementszninfo@gmail.com from the address on your account with your payment ID. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
